Standard 90 pound test provided (Safety chain with 45 pound test available on request.) Steel stop beads shall be attached to ball chain to set upper and lower limits of shade travel.
Provide fully factory assembled shade unit consisting of two ABS plastic end brackets with spring clips, shade tube, extruded aluminium fascia, extruded aluminium exterior hembar or concealed hembar. With fabric as specified.
Removal of shade must not require the disassembly of the shade unit.

The 77 x 96 mm end bracket shall be a two piece moulded ABS construction with 64 mm diameter nylon drive sprocket. Bracket colour to match the fascia colour. Aluminium spring clip attached.
38mm extruded aluminium shade tube shall be 1.52 mm thick with three internal continuous fins 4.82 mm high for strength and drive capability when attached to the nylon sprocket. The fins shall be spaced 120 degrees apart.
The extruded aluminium fascia shall be 1.7 mm thick, complete with three continuous screw flutes. Anodized, powder coated or custom painted.
Extruded aluminium back fascia shall be 1.4 mm thick, extending over the ABS end brackets 0.16 mm less than the outside dimension of the shade box. Slotted for adjustment as requested. Mounting angles attached as requested. Anodized, powder coated or custom painted.
Shall be factory set for size and travel of shades. Capable of being field adjusted from the exterior of the shade unit without having to disassemble the unit. Provided with a built-in shock absorber system to prevent chain breakage under normal usage conditions.
Shall be No. 10 stainless steel joined with a connector. Chain to be 90 pound test.
